I am both a practitioner and the Head of Reflexology support and Research for the Association of Reflexologists where I am employed three days per week. Because I am passionate about reflexology I need to provide treatments however, I do have limited availability. This does also mean that I am very current with my knowledge regarding reflexology.
I am a Fellow member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and have been a member since qualifying as a reflexologist back in 1997. To visit the AoR's website just click here.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council or CNHC, so you can be assured I am a well-trained and competent practitioner. To check the CNHC's register click here.

The theory of Reflexology is that it is a non-invasive method of stimulating reflexology points in the feet (also hands, face and ears) through the medium of touch. As a reflexologist, I will treat the feet in a specific pattern that theoretically reflects the positions of the organs in the body. Sensitivities in the feet will lead me to reflexology imbalances which can then be released.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage, also known as Champissage, is part of the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. Practiced in India for thousands of years, it has become a very popular treatment here in the UK. Treatment focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head, and acupressure points on the face. Treatment can help ease a variety of stress-related conditions and relieve muscular tension. This deeply relaxing treatment is carried out through clothing with no oils.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It’s a complementary health approach used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being.
A Reiki session involves low levels of touch through clothes. It works by utilising a healing power called the Universal healing energy. It is a very gentle way of removing stress and re-balancing the body’s systems.
